Garlic Scape Pesto


1/2 cup garlic scapes, finely chopped

1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese

1/2 cup raw almonds (you could toast them lightly, if you'd like)

About 1/2 cup olive oil

Place all ingredients (but only half the oil) in a food processor/blender.  Blend until well mixed.  Add extra oil as needed to gain the consistency that you like.
